Back to fight another day! |
Dad's 47" muskie just before being
released. |
A nice
Muskie caught in April. |
As you look through our
galleries, besides client photos you will see pictures of my father,
Bill Wade, my brother, Michael Wade and my sons, Aaron and Joseph Wade.
My Dad fished with me up until about a year or so before his death.
Dad suffered a stroke which ultimately led to his death. He was my
main muskie fishing buddy from almost the beginning of my muskie fishing
endeavors. Unlike some families, Dad didn't introduce me to the
sport but rather I introduce him. I had an uncle I
worked with in my first few years out of high school who was a true Muskie veteran in
his own right. It was from him that a foundation of interest was
laid in this great sport. That love for these great
fish spread from me to my Dad, brother, sons and others.
Some
of my greatest rewards in life have been sharing countless muskie
moments with my family members. I urge you to allow muskie fishing to be
available to your loved ones as well. Don't force it on them, just
make the opportunity to fish available and let it grow on
them naturally. My Dad fished with me for 28 years. Countless memorable experiences were accumulated during those years. In the
picture in the upper left corner was the high point of my Dad's fishing achievements. Dad took this fat 50.25" Salt Fork
Lake trophy just several
years before his death.
